Where: SEPTA City Hall Station, transferring to the orange line
Who: A black mom and her little boy, looking like three years old

Mom: Run, Forrest, run! Run, Forrest, run!
Kid: (Tries to keep up with the pace of his mom.)
Mom: (Slows down.) Phew!
Kid: Phew!
Mom: I'm tired. Are you tired?
Kid: NO!
